Cancellation Policy / Conditions
Please respect our time, if you arrive late we will finish your treatment on time, while the treatment cost remains unchanged. Should you need to cancel your apointment, please give us 24hr notice. Last minute cancellations and 'no-shows' may incur a 20% fee and your reward points will be reduced by the amount that you would have earned, gift vouchers will be forfeited.

All Day Spa packages and appointments over 2 hrs will be held by credit card or gift voucher.
