Cancellation Policy/Conditions

Please respect our time, if you arrive late we will finish your treatment on time, while the treatment costs remains unchanged. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please give us 24hrs notice. Last minute cancellations and 'no-shows' may incur a 20% fee and your reward points will be reduced by the amount that you would have earned, gift vouchers maybe forfeited.

All Day Spa packages and appointments over 2 hrs will be held by credit card or gift voucher.

Our cancellation policy is endorsed by the A.P.A.A.
